Introducing ESRE OS

The enterprise operating system for African mid-market companies

Just as a computer cannot run applications without an operating system, a growing enterprise cannot execute strategy reliably without an enterprise OS.

ESRE OS is a five-layer operating system installed across the critical capabilities of your organisation — business design, operating model, technology, data intelligence, and governance. Once installed, it provides the stable, measurable, continuously monitored foundation that every strategy, product, and initiative runs on.

Without ESRE OS, strategies fail not because the ideas are wrong, but because the system beneath them cannot execute reliably. With ESRE OS installed and running, your enterprise performs at full capacity — visible, measurable, and no longer dependent on any one person to function.

Strategy does not fail because the idea is wrong. It fails because the operating system beneath it is broken. We fix the OS.

The OS Core

The foundational layers of your enterprise. These five capabilities form the structural integrity of the system, allowing the application runtime to function effectively.

L1

Business Design

The Kernel

The fundamental intent and structural logic of the business.

OS Role: Defines the core boundaries, market positioning, and value architecture.

L2

Operating Model & Process

The Scheduler

How work flows end-to-end through the organization.

OS Role: Coordinates resources, processes, and people to execute the L1 design reliably.

L3

Technology & Platform

Infrastructure Layer

The technical foundations that support operations.

OS Role: Provides the digital tools, networks, and computational power to scale L2 processes.

L4

Data & Intelligence

Sensing Layer

System sensing, learning, and insight generation.

OS Role: Collects telemetry across L1-L3 to inform decisions and adapt to changes.

L5

Governance, Risk & Control

Security Layer

Maintaining system stability while preserving adaptability.

OS Role: Protects the enterprise, manages permissions, and ensures compliance.

The Application Runtime

The four capabilities that interact directly with the market. They run on top of the OS Core. If the Core is weak, these applications crash.

Product Strategy

Engineering deliberate, phased capability growth aligned to business goals.

Economics

Connecting system design to measurable value creation and pricing structures.

CX / Service Design

Translating system intent into usable, intuitive human experiences.

Change & Adoption

Activating the system and embedding it into daily human behavior.

0/100Composite Score

The ESRE OS Performance Score

One number that tells you exactly how well your enterprise OS is running — and which layers need immediate attention.

OS Core Score (weighted 70%) — measures the health of the foundational layers L1-L5, ensuring structural integrity, governance, and operational reality.

Application Runtime Score (weighted 30%) — measures the performance of the 4 runtime capabilities interacting directly with the market.

The common finding: Most enterprises we evaluate show a strong Application Runtime score (good ideas, good marketing) but weak OS Core scores (poor execution, broken processes). We balance the equation.

The average ESRE OS Performance Score improvement across completed installations.

The Impact of Installation

Client Example: ESN Petroleum

Before ESRE OS

Fragmented capabilities operating in isolation. No scheduler (L2). No sensing layer (L4). No governance (L5). Everything depended on the founder.

  • Unpredictable execution
  • Siloed data & zero visibility
  • Founder as the bottleneck
After Installation

L1 through L5 installed and operating. PRISM providing real-time network layer. ESRE OS Dashboard showing live Performance Score. Enterprise runs, scales, and self-monitors.

  • Predictable, automated execution
  • Real-time telemetry & monitoring
  • Founder elevated to strategic design
Installation & Licensing

Deploy your enterprise OS.

Choose the deployment model that fits your operational scale. From standard startup templates to full-scale enterprise intelligence networks.

Installation & Licensing Explained

How the ESRE OS deployment model works.

Why is there an Installation Fee and a Licensing Fee?

An enterprise operating system is not a standard SaaS tool you just log into. It requires a foundational build phase where we map your constraints, design the target state, and configure the L1-L5 layers to your specific operational reality. This is the Installation Fee. Once installed, the OS requires continuous monitoring, AI drift detection, and executive dashboarding to ensure performance. This is the ongoing Licensing & Maintenance Fee.

Why do I need to book a Diagnostic first?

We cannot price the installation of an OS without understanding the complexity of the enterprise. The Diagnostic phase gives us a complete map of your existing broken systems, bottlenecks, and the precise scope of work required to install the L1-L5 layers.
